FEEDBACK & COMMUNICATION
Premise
A networking experience that begins with a playful communication-style activity before transitioning into deeper conversations about feedback, collaboration, and working relationships.
How It Unfolds
As guests arrive, they draw a card at random. Their mission is to circulate through the room, collecting reactions and discovering how strongly different traits resonate with different people.
The humor and absurdity of the cards create an easy entry point into the topic, generating conversation and shared reference points that spread naturally throughout the room.
Once all participants are present and settled in, I bring the group together to introduce the experience and set the stage by explaining the activity and offering a few guidelines for participation. We then break out into small-group conversations that explore deeper themes related to communication, feedback, and collaboration.
What Makes It Work
The networking activity acts as a bridge into the deeper discussion. By the time participants sit down together, many of the usual barriers to conversation have already been removed, making it easier to engage with more substantive topics.
